Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-18
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to every visitor, wherever you live.
1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data processed through this website is:
Gabija Sadauskaitė
Debesijos g. 10, LT-10314 Vilnius, Lithuania
Individual activity certificate No. 1365546
For any privacy question or request, contact contact@blessedsoul.app.
2. What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no forms and no checkout yet. When you visit it, the following is processed:
- Server logs — your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time, kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics — anonymous, session-level page-view data captured by PostHog: the page URL, the referring site, your browser and device type, and a coarse location derived from your IP address. PostHog runs in cookieless mode; no identifier is stored on your device.
- Advertising measurement — a page-view event shared with Meta Platforms through the Meta Pixel, containing the page URL, your IP address, your browser user-agent and a timestamp. The Pixel may set the _fbp cookie on your device to recognise return visits.
We do not collect your name, email address or any content from you on this site. Should the site begin to take sign-ups or payments, this policy will be updated first.
3. Why we process it
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — for server logs, cookieless analytics and advertising measurement. Our interest is in keeping the site secure and in understanding how people find it. You may object at any time (see Section 6).
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — where the law of your country requires consent for non-essential cookies or advertising tracking, we rely on the consent you give in your browser settings, and you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Who receives it
We rely on the following processors to run this website:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery.
- PostHog Inc. — product analytics, EU-hosted.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). Meta acts as an independent controller for the data it receives; its own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement that meets GDPR Article 28. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rest on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
- Server logs — up to 30 days.
- Analytics — up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
- Advertising measurement — retained by Meta under its own policy; the _fbp cookie expires after 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), or the authority of your own country of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@blessedsoul.app. We answer within one month.
7. Cookies and tracking
PostHog runs without cookies. The Meta Pixel may set the _fbp cookie described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
